Turn VA Pain Scores into Proof: Download and Upload Your Vitals Today

Discuss on Reddit

Your VA pain scores are gold—pull them and upload as evidence today. Log into My HealtheVet (Blue Button) or My VA Health, download the last 24 months of Vitals/Readings and Progress Notes, and highlight the 0–10 pain entries showing persistent, high levels and activity limits. Combine into one PDF and upload on VA.gov to your active claim under Additional evidence, titled “Pain Vitals—Chronicity and Severity.” This is objective, timestamped VA data that supports your rating without waiting on new exams. If portal steps confuse you, check VA.gov.

About VA Claim Helper

VA Claim Helper is led by a U.S. Navy submariner (ET2/SS, USS Pittsburgh 1995–2005) translating VA law into plain-English claim strategy so veterans can document service connection, prep for C&P exams, and win ratings without guesswork.

We publish daily VA disability tips, evidence checklists, and field manuals that walk you from Intent to File through appeals. Every guide is battle-tested with the veteran community and refreshed when VA policy shifts so the intel stays mission ready.
