Log into My HealtheVet (Blue Button) or your private portal and download the last 12 months of lab results as a single PDF—A1C, eGFR/creatinine, microalbumin, liver enzymes, TSH, lipids—whatever ties to your claimed conditions. Upload that PDF to your claim on VA.gov and attach a brief 21-4138 summary citing the key values and dates. This turns vague symptoms into objective evidence today; if unsure on upload steps, follow VA.gov instructions.
