Fast-Track Your Rating: Get a DBQ Completed by Your Specialist Today

Discuss on Reddit

Stop guessing—hand VA a completed DBQ from your specialist today. Go to VA.gov, download the Disability Benefits Questionnaire for your main condition, and pre-fill your identifiers. Highlight the sections tied to ratings (frequency, functional limits, meds, flare-ups). Hand-carry or secure message it to your treating specialist asking for an accurate, signed DBQ based on your chart and today’s exam. Once signed, upload it to your existing claim on VA.gov. If they won’t do a DBQ, request a treatment note that answers the same sections.
