Lock In Your Favorable Findings—Upload Them From Your Decision Today

Lock In What VA Already Agreed To—Favorable Findings Are Binding Open your most recent VA decision letter and find the section titled “Favorable Findings Identified in This Decision.” Copy those lines word‑for‑word into a short statement, add your name/claim number, and upload it to your current claim/appeal on VA.gov today. These findings are binding under AMA unless VA has clear and unmistakable evidence to overturn them, so quoting them back boxes the rater in and prevents backsliding. If unsure where to upload, use VA.gov claim Evidence tab.
