Missed your C&P? Salvage it today before it torpedoes your claim. Call the exam vendor on your notice (QTC, VES, or LHI/OptumServe) and reschedule immediately. Then upload a VA Form 21-4138 on VA.gov explaining “good cause” and attach proof (new appointment confirmation, ER/work note, travel/vehicle issue, flight delay screenshot). Next, call 800-827-1000 or send a VA.gov message to document you requested a reschedule. Save timestamps and confirmations. This simple paper trail keeps VA from denying for failure to report.
