Unlock Missing Proof: Request In‑Service Inpatient Records Today

Discuss on Reddit

Your missing proof may be in a separate vault—grab your in-service hospital records today. If you were admitted overnight during service, those inpatient clinical records are filed separately from your STRs. Go to the National Archives eVetRecs and request “inpatient clinical records” for the exact military hospital, city/state, and month/year of treatment; include your unit and condition. Then upload a note to your VA claim listing the facility and dates and stating the request was submitted. When they arrive, scan and upload immediately.
