Your HR file can prove your disability—go get it today. Email or visit your employer’s HR and request: attendance logs, FMLA/leave records, written accommodations, light-duty notes, write-ups, and your official job description for the last two years. These show reduced reliability and productivity—gold for ratings and TDIU. Scan and upload them to your active claim on VA.gov under "Supporting/Other Evidence" with clear labels (e.g., "Attendance - 2023").
