Your diagnosis doesn’t exist to VA if it’s not on your Problem List. Right now, log into My HealtheVet or VA.gov, open your VA Health Records/Blue Button, and check your Problem List for every condition you’re claiming. If anything’s missing or mislabeled, send a Secure Message to your VA provider today requesting they add/correct it (cite clinic note dates or outside reports you’ve uploaded). A clean, current Problem List proves a present diagnosis—critical for service connection and rating. If you need portal access steps, see VA.gov.
