CPAP proves it—show VA you’re using it, not just owning it. Today, log into your CPAP portal (ResMed MyAir or DreamMapper) or call your DME supplier and request a 30–90 day “compliance/usage report” showing hours per night, AHI, and leak. Save it as a PDF and upload it on VA.gov under Add/Submit Evidence as “Sleep Apnea CPAP Compliance Report – [date range].” This documents continuous prescribed treatment, backs up your C&P statements, and materially strengthens sleep apnea service-connection or rating-increase claims.
