Right now, secure-message your treating provider (VA or private) and request a one-paragraph nexus linking ONE secondary condition to your service-connected disability. Ask for these exact elements: your diagnosis, the phrase "at least as likely as not (50% or greater)", a brief medical rationale, and their credentials/signature. Keep it to one page.
