Prove Ongoing Treatment: Upload Your VA Pharmacy Refill History Today

Discuss on Reddit

Your med refills are proof—turn them into rating power today. Log into My HealtheVet (Premium) or VA.gov Health Records, open Blue Button, and download your VA Medication History/Refill Summary for the last 12–24 months. Save as PDF and upload to your claim as “Medication Refill History—[Condition].” This shows continuous treatment (e.g., corticosteroids, psych meds, diuretics), adherence, and dosage changes that drive ratings. If you use private pharmacies, export their refill history too. Need portal steps? Hit VA.gov for the Blue Button guide.

About VA Claim Helper

VA Claim Helper is led by a U.S. Navy submariner (ET2/SS, USS Pittsburgh 1995–2005) translating VA law into plain-English claim strategy so veterans can document service connection, prep for C&P exams, and win ratings without guesswork.

We publish daily VA disability tips, evidence checklists, and field manuals that walk you from Intent to File through appeals. Every guide is battle-tested with the veteran community and refreshed when VA policy shifts so the intel stays mission ready.
